About Me

I was born and raised as a pastor's daughter in India. I had the privilege of spending almost 12yrs of my young life in the mission field. I came to America when I was in 7th grade and am still here by the grace of God. My heart's honest yearning is to become a missionary myself and go either to the northern parts of India or Africa, or basically anywhere where the Gospel is needed the most. What am I waiting for? The call from God! At the very moment the Lord needs me to go, He will call me and like Isaiah says "Here I am, Send me"(Is.6:8)!

Something else about me?

Well...

I am not a skilled writer, but am in love with writing whether it be for school or my own pleasure. I  enjoy seeing how words can twine into something so meaningful and profound. Words can give life, change a life (good or bad), and even (sadly) kill life. There is power in words...as Nathaniel Hawthorne says, ""Words--so innocent and powerless as they are, as standing in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become, in the hands of one who knows how to combine them!"

I love watching cartoons, reading comics and drawing anything adorkable..."too old for it" is over rated! Live a little...don't go crazy though!

My bucket-list consists of skydiving (parents will never let that happen), backpacking through Europe and Asia (can't imagine covering all of Asia), and learning as many languages as my little brain will store!

I am going to brag a little now...I am proud to say that I know four languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. I am starting to loose touch with Hindi and Tamil a bit, I will have to refresh myself with them.
